SPECTATOR BOATS FOR THE SYDNEY TO HOBART YACHT RACE START BOXING DAY, 2023
Get close to the action on Boxing Day (26 December 2021) to watch the start of the 76th Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race. The gun goes off at 1pm with 106 yachts racing to buoys at Sydney Heads before turning south towards Hobart. Some boats listed here will follow them outside into the open ocean where you can get in close to the action. If you are following a particular boat, you are able to let the skipper know who will endeavour to find it (subject to conditions).
Feel the adrenalin-filled excitement on Sydney Harbour, while you sit back in the comfort of your own luxury Cruiser. Don’t let the opportunity slip away. A must for any boating enthusiast! This will stay inside Sydney Harbour, and follow the fleet to the Heads.
